Description:

As Instructed I returned home after a long shift from work but I somehow found myself in my work uniform tied to the back of my bedroom door. I come round to find that I must be in one of my sleepy fantasies again! I look around and notice my doctor in front of me. 
I'm very confused and try to ask them whats going on a to untie me but they are listening. I struggle, like in my fantasy, and try to escape. After I while, I manage to yank the ropes down and untie myself. I start to have a go at my doctor for doing this to me after I confided in them. I'm so angry I leave the room.

They follow me out and try to explain. They convince me to listen to what they have to say. They confess that since I told them about my sleepy fantasies he's been wanting to tie me up naked. They say that they will refund me for all my sessions so far and even do free ones for me going forward if I allow him to do this.

After some thinking I decide to agree as long as I can get this agreement in writing. After that I strip off all my clothes. Lets get started then.

Next I'm shown in the same position on the back of the door but this time completely naked. A cleave gag still between my lips. I struggle and moan through the gag whilst my doctor watched me move. I display my body for his view whilst also pretending to be the damsel.

Like in my sleepy fantasy, after a while I manage to get myself free of my binds. After removing my gag I reveal that I had a lot of fun and thank my doctor for there help. Yes this was my plan all along. I've been wanting to act out this fantasy and this trick worked out perfectly plus I got free session with my doctor too.
