I am sitting at my dressing table putting on my makeup when an intruder bursts into my bedroom and surprises me. I am shocked and hold up my hands, asking 'who they are and how they got into my house. Without saying a word they get even closer and I beg them not to hurt me!

I am now shown with a rope around my neck secured to the back of the door. Every time I struggle the rope gets a little tighter. With my hands securely bound in a box tie there is no way for me to escape.
